Splendid synthesis between white and red wine, where the White type is declined by means of the precious Viognier grape of Pitorsino, which stands out in our land for its expressiveness. That of the Rosso is expressed by the regal Cabernet Franc Don José with a limited production of just 6,000 bottles, and by Il Cucchetto, a wine that interprets the noble Cabernet Sauvignon grape in a Maremma key with the addition of a portion of Petit Verdot which gives it a greater completeness.
