With a limited production of 6.000 bottles it represent the best selection of Cabernet Franc with a production of 7.000 kg per hectare.
Grapes are exclusively hand-harvested in mid-September.

Vinification, Maturation and Bottling
The must is left to macerate for 10 days with frequent pump-overs to obtain the best colour and fragrance extraction.
Malolactic fermentation takes place in new French oak barriques for 18 months.

Organoleptic Characteristics
Color: intense red with purple reflections.
Aroma: Notes of forest fruits and spices framed by a vein of floral complexity.
Taste: warm and rich on the palate with velvety tannins that characterize the texture.
Long finish, supported by a balanced acidity.
