D.O.C. CABERNET SAUVIGNON MAREMMA TOSCANA

Grape variety 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Petit Verdot with a production of 7.000 kg per hectar.
Production 30.000/35.000 bottles.

The grapes are hand-harvested and vinified separately.
After the malolactic fermentation, the wine is left to mature its lees for approximately ten months both in second passage barriques and in steel barrels. Fining takes place in the bottle for 3 months.

Organoleptic characteristics
The color is intense, with purplish glints. The nose is fruity reminiscent of small red fruits mixed with notes of spices and leather. The flavor is full, soft and persistent.
