Although it is a wine often consumed in its first years of life, it maintains a vibrant gustatory freshness that allows it to evolve perfectly over time.

VINIFICATION

in the Cellar

In the absence of oxygen there is gentle squeezing. The must is cooled and decanted.
Fermentation lasts 20 days at 14 ° C.
It is aged for 7 months with noble lees, followed by refinement in the bottle.

Bright straw yellow with green highlights, it has an inviting and intense nose of peach, apricot, golden apple, floral caress, embellished with an iodized touch.
